Animal habitats

I was learning to sort animals into their habitats.  It was easy because I know where the animals habitats are from doing this before.

I was learning to measure and estimate lengths . It was easy because I already knew how to use a ruler and we have been doing estimating in class.

Matariki art

I was learning to make Matariki stars out of wool.  It was tricky to put the wool around the stars.  Mrs Naidoo and Miss Lister cut the wool to the correct size for us.

I learnt about capital letters It was easy to find the capitol letter because the capital letters will go after the fullstops.

I was learning to us  place value with two digit numbers it was easy to  find the  answer because you could find it in the ones  and tens colum.

I was learning to make inferences and make a guess  using the clues. It was tricky to do because I was not too confident yet.

Welcome to my year 4 learning blog.  This year I am in room 12 and my teacher  is Miss Lister.  I enjoy maths because it's fun and you get to learn a lot of thing.  I hope you will enjoy my blog and leave comments and feedback.
