I am learning to tell the time and measuring
I was able to solve the questions
I found it challenging because I didn't know 24-hour time
My next step is to be more confident to solve the questions

I was able to write  four  sentences .
I found it easy because you just had to write four sentences .
my next step is to write biggest sentences.

I found it easy because we got to look at them book to find ideas .
my next step is to not look at the book .

I found it challenging because we are to write 5 paragraphs .
My next step is to plan my work more quicker

WALT summarising a fiction text

I was learning to summarise a fiction text.
I found this challenging because the book was a bit hard to understand and at the end it was easy
My next step is to I can justify and explain the main idea with examples from the text to support my thinking.

Using the <,> and = maths signs

I am learning to use maths signs for difference equations .
I was able to know what signs go in each equations .
I found it easy because the questions were a bit easy       
My next step is to make it more challenging .

I was able to right different stuff about types of volcanoes 
I found it challenging because I didn't know a lot about volcanoes

I found this activate challenging because I didn't know that much about nouns
I was able to  learn  more about nouns

I was learning to use the scale of a ruler. I was able  identify the centimetres in a ruler. It was easy to find the centimetres in a ruler. My next step is to learn more on  millimetres and centimetres.

Anzac Letter

Reflection:
I am learning to write from the perspective of a soldier .
I was able to pretend than I was a soldier .
I found it hard because I didn't what to say in my letter .
My next step is to improve on spelling and detail paragraph.

All about me

I am learning to write a descriptive piece of writing about myself.
I was able to create 4 different paragraph.
I found this activity easy because I already knew lots about myself. 
 Next time I will improve on my writing with more idea .

My reflection
I am learning  bar graph I found it a bit tricky because I didn't know x axis and y axis . Next time I want to get better at drawing bar graphs.

Welcome to my learning blog for year 5 in 2019. This year I am in Room 25. My teacher is Miss D'Souza. l enjoy maths, art , clothes shopping, tag, food, netball pug and hip hop at Neverland . My goal for this year is to get better at reading. I hope you enjoy my blog and leave some feedback for me.
